Beer Festival in Arras: craft beers take over the Grand’ Place

On May 2 and 3, 2026, the spectacular Grand’ Place d’Arras is transformed into a temple of craft beer. The Beer Festival returns for a weekend of celebration and discovery.

Imagine: dozens of brewers – local, regional, and perhaps a few from further afield – setting up their stands under the magnificent Flemish facades of one of the most beautiful squares in France. Blonde, dark, red, ales, stouts, seasonal beers… for all tastes and all occasions.

Nord-Pas-de-Calais is traditionally a land of beer. La Ch’ti, la Choulette, the beers of Gayant: the region has always known how to brew good things. And in recent years, a new wave of local micro-breweries has been renewing the genre with talent and passion.

The Arras Beer Festival is the perfect opportunity to meet them, taste their creations and support the local economy. A friendly outing, ideal with friends or family for older children.

Arras is easily accessible from Lens, Douai, or even Lille by train. Take the opportunity to stroll through the historic center before or after the festival!
