Paris-Roubaix 2026 crosses the heart of the mining basin this Sunday

This Sunday, April 12, 2026, the legendary Paris-Roubaix race once again crosses the mining basin for its 123rd edition. For the first time, the women’s and men’s events take place on the same day.

The men’s course, 258.3 km long, has 30 paved sectors including the legendary Trouée d’Arenberg (km 163), in the heart of the mining basin classified as a UNESCO world heritage site.

For residents of the mining area, it is the opportunity to see the best runners in the world pass a few meters from their homes. The route passes through Wallers, Mons-en-Pévèle and the Carrefour de l’Arbre before arriving at the Roubaix Vélodrome.
